Set on Passeig del Mar opposite the port, Bambuu is the latest creation from the team behind Siso Beach, Iroko, Barbuda Beach and Annabel. Palmanova’s most respected dining group, and the standard by which the promenade is now judged.

The Space
An Interior of Lacquered Reds and Lantern Light
A complete restoration of the former Modigliani has given Bambuu a setting unlike anywhere else in Palmanova. Deep lacquered reds. Brushed gold. Hand-finished textures and the soft glow of paper lanterns. Every surface has been considered.
A serene Chinese garden anchors the ground floor. Above it, an upper terrace opens onto views of the port and the bay. One of the few rooftop dining rooms on the Palmanova waterfront, and quietly, one of its most beautiful.

Our menu draws from the great regional traditions of China. The precision of Cantonese, the depth of Sichuan, the comfort of the north. Each brought together with the finest produce Mallorca and the wider Mediterranean have to offer.
